Missouri Supreme Court Rule 4-7.2(f) requires all attorney advertisements to disclose the following:

"The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements."

This rule is designed to protect you, the potential client.

Advertisements come in several forms, such as: costly television commercials; costly radio commercials and informercials; large group "seminars" which often include free lunches or dinners; large and national firm advertisements and websites which promote inexpensive template documents without appropriate legal support; Internet commercials; and very costly paid advertisements ranking high on Google searches.

Do not expect these things from Carl, please.

Do not expect your personal matters to be handled by inexperienced associate attorneys or by paralegals.
