Background

Carl C. Pohle is a life long native of St. Louis, Missouri. He has been practicing law in the St. Louis metropolitan area for over 30 years.

He received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1983 and his Juris Doctoris degree from the St. Louis University School of Law in 1986. He continued his education through the Masters of Law program at Washington University, studying advanced topics such as Estate Planning and Drafting, Federal Income Taxation and ERISA Law (federal retirement laws).  

He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. He is a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar and the Illinois Bar.

Carl has comprehensive experience in preparing Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney for both financial and healthcare purposes and Living Wills.

He has broad experience in handling Probate matters as well as simple and complex Trust Administration matters.

Continuing Knowledge of the Law

Carl stays up to date with always changing state and federal laws. He regularly attends scholarly lectures and seminars to refresh and expand his legal skills.  He has always exceeded the minimum Bar requirements for continuing legal education and ethics.
